• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and business details when you create an account or request a demo.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and device/browser information.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment processors — Stripe (platform subscriptions and billing) and iPOSpays/Dejavoo (Rain Pay terminal and card payments). We do not store full card numbers on our servers; saved payment methods are stored as processor-issued tokens.
• Location and on-site checks: when you start a wash from a mobile app, we may use your device's location or a Bluetooth beacon check to confirm you are at the wash before equipment starts.
• Address information: business and location addresses you provide, which we validate through a third-party address-verification service.
• Fleet and pack member information: when a business enrolls members in a fleet account, the business provides each member's name and email address. We issue each member a personal QR code, store their wash PIN in hashed form, and keep a ledger of their fleet washes for billing.
• Website form submissions: name, email address, phone number, company, and message contents when you use the contact or partner forms on our websites.
• Communications: emails, support requests, and other messages you send to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve our platform and services
• Process payments, subscriptions, fleet invoicing, and refunds
• Issue and redeem promotions, including mobile wallet passes
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
• Respond to demo requests and partner inquiries

• Service providers: payment processors (Stripe; iPOSpays/Dejavoo for Rain Pay), hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, error-reporting and diagnostics services (Sentry), email and SMS delivery providers, address-verification services (Smarty), mapping and geocoding services (Mapbox), and analytics services that help us operate the platform.
• Wallet providers: if you choose to add a pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the contents of that pass are shared with Apple or Google.
• Wash businesses on our platform: MonsoonOS powers independent wash businesses. If you are a customer or fleet member of a wash that runs on MonsoonOS, that business can see your account, wash history, and transaction records — it is the merchant you transact with.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, hashed wash PINs, and role-based access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
