1. Services

Stinky Cactus Dog Wash operates self-service dog wash stations in Cave Creek, AZ. Our Services include the physical wash facilities, an optional mobile application for account management and subscription billing, and this marketing website. Use of the wash stations is subject to posted facility rules and any instructions displayed at the location.

2. Account Registration

You may use the wash stations without an account by paying at the machine. If you choose to create an account through our mobile application, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the facilities for any unlawful purpose
• Damage, tamper with, or misuse wash equipment
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with other customers’ use of the facilities
• Bring aggressive or ill animals into the wash stations

4. Payment Terms

Wash On Demand sessions are billed per use via credit card at the machine. Unlimited subscription plans are billed monthly through our application via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our application — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Stinky Cactus LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Facility Use and Safety

You use the self-service wash stations at your own risk. You are responsible for supervising your pet at all times. Stinky Cactus Dog Wash is not responsible for injury to persons or animals resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow posted instructions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep our facilities and digital services available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stinky Cactus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the facilities at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the application. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
